Perfection is not the point

Thoughtfully working on how we handle daily power struggles at home, at our child(ren)’s school, in the bleachers or audience, at work and in our neighborhood is enough. If this +Movement were about perfection, none of us would be qualified. When people of all ages learn through trial and error to speak up, to find their +Voices, to be upstanders, change can and will come, one +Voice at a time.
