The eighth grade student had been to a sleepover after the last lacrosse game. Arriving home, he headed to the kitchen and then stopped dead in his tracks. Eyes wide, he was confronted with posts from a Facebook page — HIS Facebook page — from the previous day and night, taped to the refrigerator.

It wasn’t pretty.

He turned to his mom, who calmly asked him to hand her the pages. She then read them aloud, one … by one. When finished, she handed them back to her son and asked, “Is this who YOU are? Is this who YOU want to be?”
